Top 3 Tuesday

Well, it is a big day here at our house...my oldest is starting 1st grade which means he will be at school ALL day. :(

But enough with the sadness...I have 3 great Etsy shops to share with you today. I found these shops through the Etsy forums and all of them are fairly new. So, show them a little love by leaving a comment or stopping by their shops to see what all they have to offer! :)

First up is Beadz n Bling, which is filled with some really gorgeous jewelry. I was particularly attracted to all the freshwater pearl necklaces, many of which come in unique colors like this beautiful piece! I think Mandy from Limelight needs this one! :)

Beadz n Bling also has some great fall items currently in stock...here are two of my favorites, the Pumpkin Patch Earrings and Autumn Harvest Necklace:

Next up is My Craft Experience - paintings, artwork, and jewelry by Barbara. Barbara definitely has some fabulous jewelry in her shop. Here is one of my favorites:

However, I was most attracted to Barbara's artwork. Just look at this amazing wooden box! It makes me want to do some painting! :)

Check out Barbara's shop to see more of her beautiful pieces!

The third shop I have to share with you today is The Moss Garden. First of all, don't you just love the name?! The Moss Garden is filled with jewelry inspired by the forest and the sea, which definitely suits me! The forest and ocean are two of my favorite places to be...nature is just so beautiful and calming for me. Here are two of my favorites from The Moss Garden:

I hope you enjoyed all three of these shops today! I will be back later this week with some new projects of my own!

Don't forget to enter my giveaway!

And you don't want to miss out on your chance to win some amazing prizes either! :) Some of the prizes include fabulous products from Scor-Pal, a gift certificate to Softpencil, a Unity stamp or two, and a few other surprises as well!

For this week's Etsy Inspired Challenge we have a real treat for you! You can choose ANY Etsy shop you like to find inspiration for your project. I can't wait to discover some of the shops that are your favorites! Once you pick your inspiration piece and create your project, just upload it to your blog and link it to the new Etsy Inspired Challenge Blog for your chance to win!

Although I don't wear much jewelry, I am always attracted to really great jewelry shops on Etsy. Some of the pieces are just so beautiful and unique! So this week my card was inspired by pieces in two of my favorite jewelry shops on Etsy. First, I was inspired by these pretty Honey earrings from Truly Enchanted. My second piece of inspiration came from this earthy Oak tree necklace from Lulu Bug Jewelry. And here is the card I created:

This is what I stamped on the inside of the card.

I just need to take a moment to say Thank You to Ashley for making me a part of this fabulous team! I so enjoy it, it is what led me to start my own Etsy shop, and all of my teammates are just the sweetest group of gals around! Love you all! :) I hope another year from now we will be celebrating another fun year of challenges and Etsy shops!
Okay, on with the fun!

Once you are done with the blog hop, make sure to find some time to join us over in our Papercraft Planet forum (around 11 am PST) for some chatting and more games and prizes!

Top 3 (plus me) Tuesday! It's all about BUTTONS!

Do you love buttons? I just love all the colors, shapes, textures and sizes they come in and now I have discovered some wonderful shops that create fabulous items with buttons. So today I am sharing them with you...maybe you'll be inspired to create a button project of your own or just buy one of the lovely items these shops have to offer! :)

First up is TessaAnn's shop which is filled with fun and colorful handmade buttons. Take a peek at what she has to offer:

Super cute, right?! Are you imagining the possibilities?! I have had my eye on Tessa Ann's shop for awhile now and she is always coming up with new ideas, great color combinations, and fun seasonal buttons too! And for all you paper crafters who visit me, Tessa Ann is a talented scrapbooker too...you can check out her blog HERE. I'd love to hear what buttons in her shop catch your fancy! :)

Next up is the Button Boutique, a shop filled with adorable hair accessories and jewelry using fabric covered buttons. I am thinking I might need to get this pretty rainbow bracelet for one of my son's friends!

Don't you just love all the colors, especially with those polka dots!

And how cute would these clips be for wearing to school?!

The third shop that impressed me with her buttons is RBK Creations. I was particularly impressed with Ariela's bridal button bouquets and boutonnieres...such a creative way to use buttons and fun idea for a wedding bouquet!

Who knew buttons could be this pretty! Be sure to check out RBK Creations for more colorful button bouquets that are great for any occasion or home decor.

And since I am featuring buttons today, I decided to share my button tree cards with you all too! :) My button tree thank you cards were the first item that I listed in my shop and now I am expanding the line to include seasonal button tree cards and birthday cards too! I am also always happy to create some custom button tree cards for you if you are looking for a particular sentiment, occasion, colors, or a greater quantity.

As always I would love to hear your thoughts about the featured shops and any suggestions for things you might like to see on an upcoming Top 3 Tuesday.

And if you missed my post a few days ago, I am having a giveaway! Click HERE to check it out!
